One of the key features of your Forward My Flyer account is the ability of the program to automate the communication of sending the offer to the person who forwarded the offer onto their contact as well as to the person they intended to receive the offer. The offers are sent in the form of an email to the sender and the receiver. Both parties will receive a customized email including all relevant data fields on the voucher itself (i.e. name, date, voucher ID, subject line, etc.). The main point of customizing the email is to assure the person that receives the offer from their friend/colleague understands exactly where the offer had originated from. Through our research we have found that people receiving the offers from someone they know versus directly from a company, are more likely to not only open and read the email but also more likely to act on the offer being sent to them. You may ask, how is that possible? To answer, our system automatically generates an incentive id for each person so you can track them as they come into your establishment or if they come onto your website and used the incentive. Lastly, you will be able to enter the incentive id's to see if they have been used or not. This will help save you valuable time and money and keep track of your results.
