Automated Offer Forwarding
One of the key features of your Forward My Flyer account is the ability of the program to automate the communication of sending the offer to the person who forwarded the offer onto their contact as well as to the person they intended to receive the offer. The offers are sent in the form of an email to the sender and the receiver. Both parties will receive a customized email including all relevant data fields on the voucher itself (i.e. name, date, voucher ID, subject line, etc.). The main point of customizing the email is to assure the person that receives the offer from their friend/colleague understands exactly where the offer had originated from. Through our research we have found that people receiving the offers from someone they know versus directly from a company, are more likely to not only open and read the email but also more likely to act on the offer being sent to them. Our main focus during the setup of your account is to assure that we develop the messages that are going to turn into results for you.
You will receive administrative access to your account. Here you will find pre-generated marketing materials that we provide to you as part of the setup of your account. You will also find the current incentives that are running as well as access to request an incentive edit. As part of your membership you may request to edit your runnning offers once per month. Database Storage of Participating Users You will receive your own database to store and manage the data that is submitted through the system. You will be able to store fields such as: name, email address, date of submission, a categorization of the type of customer that submitted the form on your page (optional), and a field showing whether or not they have used the incentive or not. Each person that submits, whether it is the person forwarding the incentive or the person receiving the incentive, will be stored in the database so you can start growing your database exponentially. Incentive Tracking One of the most important factors in running this program, or any other marketing program for that matter, is to track the data that is submitted. Your Forward My Flyer Control Panel is equiped with an 'Activate Incentive' ability to show the people that have used the incentives and the people that have not. We can customize this process to your needs - for example, we can customize it to your needs by only having the incentives go out to the person that forwarded the incentive when the person that they forwarded to originally actually patronizes your business and uses the incentive. You may ask, how is that possible? To answer, our system automatically generates an incentive id for each person so you can track them as they come into your establishment or if they come onto your website and used the incentive. Lastly, you will be able to enter the incentive id's to see if they have been used or not. This will help save you valuable time and money and keep track of your results. Ability to Export Directly Into an Excel Spreadsheet To save you valuable time and money we have included an export function so at any time with the click of a mouse you can download your database to an Excel spreadsheet.
